Thanks guys, you looked after us really well, made it a great week and for making us really welcome.

Assuming that you survive the taxi ride from the airport, conditions are great. There is shallow water for a long way out, guys to launch and rescue the kite if you crash ...... (having been again back in the UK since we got back I really missed these things). The wind is super steady and pretty reliable given the time of year (March) that we visited going nicely cross shore leaving plenty of space for those going in and out as well as separating learners from improvers and those who can.

As said, you are looked after with a rescue boat etc with a store area on the beach for kites and boards ....

In the evenings we would stay behind for a few beers at the bar, entertained by the guys there and meeting with the other guests. All very laid back and friendly between all the different nationalities.

Anything else? - hotel is simple but nice (with decent albeit limited food) and don't forget some booties/shoes for kitesurfing as the sandbar/sea-floor isn't completely sandy and you will cut your feet otherwise.

Go you won't regret it.

I have just returned from Ras Sudr and have had the most fantastic time.
A big, big thank you to Sylvain and Stephanie and all the team for your warm welcome, and for running such an excellent kite centre. And a specially big thank you to Liv, my instructor for all her hard work, encouragement and patience, and for teaching me to kitesurf. Liv you are a star, thank you!
To anyone considering a trip to Ras Sudr all I will say is GO, you will not regret it.
I hope to be back soon.

koukou, moi je trouve que le moniteur du nouveau spot de RasSudr et au top niveau de la peda et qu'il merite plus de bieres pour son reconfort de la fin de journée c'est a dire l'apero koi!! car l'autre petit qui est avec lui il ne fait rein ke rigoler et boire des bieres sur la terrasse fort belle en passant et que donc il ve finir par se faire une tendinite aigue si il va pas un peut donner des cours.
